Purpose

I have recently discovered a book called "Great Taste No Pain". It is by Sherry Brescia. It talks about the a thing called Combining food in which you do not combine certain types of food since things like Proteins and Starches require different types of digestion and if the two different type of digestion are going at the same time they neutralize each other making digestion much more difficult. The amazing thing is, once I bought the book (even though it's a bit on the expensive side) I no longer have acid reflux as long as I follow the rules laid out in the book.

I want to eat better but due to laziness I usually cook something easy or go out to eat and so to encourage myself to eat better and to eat properly I am challenging myself to cook every single recipe in the book and make a post about each one. The recipe book doesn't have any picture of the food and I figured this could be good for others.
